I'm fascinated that someone might think it possible to use brain imaging technology to prove/disprove the existence of a soul. The soul's very nature would seem to preclude this.
I think we can look at our world today and see Nietzsche was right about the consequences of the ascent of rationalism.

Are you kidding me?
Having done such a persuasive job of explaining how nothing became something and something became everything we see, now they will turn these boffo minds to explaining the brain/mind connection.
